​Celine Elise is a Makeup Artist, Beauty Consultant, an Emmy Award Winner, and a member of I.A.T.S.E 798 Makeup and Hair Union. A born and raised New York based freelance makeup artist with over 13 years of experience in the industry. Celine Elise has a passion for the artistry and is continuously honing her skills to stay abreast of all of the new trends, products and the various make-up techniques to advance her artistic creativity and ability.

She began her love of make-up in The Bronx, NY watching her mother apply makeup for special events and always wanting to pursue make-up. With small makeup kits from Lord and Taylor that her mother would purchase for her, allowed her to explore the wonderful world of makeup. Growing up she would always apply makeup on whom ever would come close enough to her brushes.

Through the years, under the tutelage of 8-time Emmy Award winner Elena George, Celine Elise has proven herself to be a strong force in the industry. In 2017 she earned an Emmy Award for outstanding make-up for a daytime show with Good Morning America.

 Celine Elise has worked at the world-renowned  New York Fashion Week, where her work has been featured on Broadway’s “The Gin Game” as well as television shows such as the Good Morning America, $100,000 Pyramid Show, GMA3, World News Now and a host of other shows.

Celine Elise currently works as a freelance makeup artist for ABC TV Station and her work can been seen on various news anchors, celebrity personalities and STARZ Raising Kanaan.

Celine Elise believes that makeup is only to enhance your Natural Beauty. She strives to make every client FEEL as beautiful as her or his makeup application.
